SITE LICENSING
FHPD prepares the Site License Application Form and the “Quality Assurance Report” that needed by HC to receive the site license.
We provide all the needed GMP SOPs. We provide blank templates (records) as per Health Canada requirements. We provide many types of training certificates including Natural Health Products GMP certificate, Dietary Supplements GMP certificate (USA New Rules), Drug GMP, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) certificates.
HAZARD ANALYSIS CRITICAL CONTROL POINT (HACCP)
We assess the prerequisites programs (GMPs) that are essential for HACCP success and design/develop the format of HACCP plans QMRS issue a “Certificate of GMPs Compliance”, if the facility found to be fulfilling the HACCP pre-requisites requirements. Our courses are accredited by the "International HACCP Alliance“ organization. The candidate, who completes the training program, receives a Certificate of Completion” from QMRS displaying the Alliance Seal, which indicates the International HACCP Alliance Accreditation.
GOOD DOCUMENTATION PRACTICES (GDPs)
